For more than 25 years Amy jockeyed between being a writer/producer in feature film and television, where she joined her very successful family of writers, producers and directors to being a trailblazer in wellness, where she helped engage and empower people to lead authentic and inspired lives.
Today, Amy’s work takes people [audiences] on a journey to help discover their true potential. Amy challenges thinking, inspires change, and moves people and teams into action where transformation can take place.
Amy is credited in launching 4 start-ups. She helped bring Spinning into Canada. She launched the first “Joints In Motion” Marathon Training program in Ontario for The Arthritis Society, which now raises millions in Arthritis Research; Started one of Canada’s first wellness companies; and was one of the first on the team to launch Personnel Support Programs; evidence-based programs for the Department of National Defence serving Canada and Afghanistan. Amy has held influential board positions and roles in both the federal and provincial governments collaborating as a strategic advisor and wellness expert. She is a subject matter expert to CEO’s and C-Suite Executives in both the not-for-profit and private business sectors.
She has taken all that she has learned; her transferable skills and combined them to create an enhanced curated experience for audiences and groups with a desire to lead a life cranked up to full volume.
Walking the walk, Amy is an avid health & fitness enthusiast; as a runner she has competed in 15 Marathons (2 Boston’s), is a certified Spin Instructor, and thrives in the outdoors with mountain & road biking, skiing, tennis, and hiking.
