Carolina Billings is an executive entrepreneur with 15+ year’s leadership experience in the fields of Business Development, Leadership, Branding, Human Resources and Finance. 

Personal callings:

Carolina is the founder of Powerful Women Today a forum for the empowerment and optimization of women's status and lives. Her sold out conferences have received the continued support and accolades of key champions of women in business such as RSM Canada, BMO for women & HomEquity Bank. Carolina is proud to call herself an activist working wholeheartedly for the emotional and financial independence and prosperity of women and their dependents.

Current role:

In her current role she champions leadership initiatives as well as empowering and coaching/mentoring others to lead. She has founded a full service business incubator and accelerator helping professional entrepreneurs, trainers, coaches and professional corporations develop profitable business models. 

Developing an interdisciplinary approach to success has enabled her to become a leading business partner. Her ability to recognize upcoming trends, align growth with business and human capital has enable her to build timely solutions and contingencies to better meet long term objectives and be a key element of a true competitive advantage. 

Specialties: 

Carolina is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration - Leadership & Entrepreneurial. She holds a Masters in Interdisciplinary studies with Royal Roads University, Graduate Certificates from Cornell University and Queen’s University in the fields of Change Management and Leadership. She is a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC) member in good standing of ICF. She is a CHRL in good standing with HRPA and holds an SHRM-SCP global designation. 

She is a published author of a professional column and serves as a regular contributor to a national Supply Chain and Logistics magazines as a subject expert in Leadership and Human Resources.
